Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Commission-Based)

We are looking for self-driven and results-oriented individuals to drive sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships within Kenya’s construction and real estate sector.
This role is 100% commission-based, making it ideal for motivated candidates who want unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for construction services.

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, social media, and referrals.

• Pitch Josmo Industries’ services to developers, contractors, architects, and private clients.

• Prepare and present quotations in collaboration with the technical team.

• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up to close deals.

• Represent the company professionally and uphold high customer service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and marketing (construction industry is an added advantage).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Confident, disciplined, and highly motivated.

• Basic understanding of construction services (bonus but not mandatory).
